The desire to learn is a must, our servers are expected to know our menu just as well as our cooks do.
If called in for an interview, please review our webpage and our menu prior to coming in.
We do not expect you to know all our beverages, all the items on our menu or every cooking technique we use, but we DO expect you to ask questions and learn all of these things for betterment of our restaurant and yourselves. Having to be taught something is never a problem.
